Texture - Soft, Dusty, dry, balls, lovely Mexican terra-cotta mud to chew, no grit and doesn’t stick to teeth. Current batch is bigger balls than usual.
Taste - Rich Mexican red earth and dirt taste, smell of rain hitting dry land while chewing, bit of sweet note in smell, lovely red mud taste. Please note the size might differ depending on batches.

Our products are fresh out of bag, but rarely, if you find any odd flavors/smell, air them out near window sil.
As we do not know how the produsts are handled after it is delivered, we do not take returns.
Refund will be issued for missed product(s) in your order if any. We always bubble wrap the treats/fragile items, so we don't issue refund if it is mishandled during transit or arrive broken.
