Refund will be issued for missed product(s) in your order if any. We always bubble wrap the treats/fragile items, so we don't issue refund if it is mishandled during transit or arrive broken.
Our products are fresh out of bag, but rarely, if you find any odd flavors/smell, air them out near window sil. Usage of any of our products is up to user’s discretion
