If you are interested in reviewing our products, here you can order a Review bag - usually contains 4 random items (new items mostly). You can do a normal review video or a faceless video. Video should be at least 2 minutes. We charge for review bags because many ask for review bag but forget / will not review. So once you send the review, we refund the cost of review bag.

As we do not know how the produsts are handled after it is delivered, we do not take returns.
Refund will be issued for missed product(s) in your order if any. We always bubble wrap the treats/fragile items, so we don't issue refund if it is mishandled during transit or arrive broken.
Our products are fresh out of bag, but rarely, if you find any odd smell or tone, air them out near window sil.
